As a Digital Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence, drive engagement and increase brand loyalty. You will work closely with the Marketing, Content and design teams to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital brand marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital brand marketing strategies to build and enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and consistent content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.

SEO & SEM: Work with the SEO team to ensure that all digital content is optimized for search engines and aligned with the overall SEO strategy. Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our digital properties.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other digital marketing platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital brand marketing.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and product, to ensure alignment and collaboration on all brand initiatives.

Innovation: Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and engage with our audience in new and exciting ways.
