Skills Required:
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment (Advertising agency experience is a must).
Recruit & Onboard: Manage the full hiring cycle and ensure smooth onboarding.
Performance Management: Act as a liaison between management and employees.
HR Guidance: Provide insights on HR policies, contracts, and labor laws.
Hiring Strategy: Forecast hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.
Process Optimization: Streamline and improve recruitment and selection processes.
Talent Attraction: Leverage digital & social media to promote employer branding.
Turnaround Time: Ensure timely closures of hiring requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Re-evaluate recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Game Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and programmers, to bring game concepts to life.
Utilize your strong understanding of Unreal Engine to build and optimize game mechanics, interactive elements, and visual effects.
Unreal Engine Expertise :Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unreal Engine framework, including creating and maintaining multiplayer functionality, integrating third-party assets, and implementing game physics systems.
Performance Optimization :Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by implementing efficient code, optimizing assets, and improving overall game performance on various platforms.
Technical Leadership :Mentor and guide junior developers, imparting your knowledge and expertise to create a high-performing development team.
Stay informed about current industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance game development processes and techniques.
Collaborative Mindset :Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including agile planning, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Engage in productive communication, providing feedback and guidance during project discussions.
